Two seasons in the Alps
During the pandemic, painting enabled me to overcome the anxiety and feelings of loneliness, the restriction of freedom.
In this piece from 2021, I combined recycled paper, useless show programs and tickets, acrylic paint and felt-tip pens. The circular line delimits a protected space in which the imagination can develop. Hope is totally present, in a clearer horizon, in the small splashes that fly up to the sky.

In the rain
“In the rain” and “Rain forest” express the different sensations you have while walking in the rain, the smell of humus, the freshness, the particular vibrancy of colours, the reflections of water. After weeks of lockdown, it was so good to get out and about again.
Acrylics, monoprint, oil pastels.
