Payments
Payments are taken through Stripe in Euros. You do not need to have a Stripe account to purchase, you can use the Stripe service to pay with your credit card. We do not keep your card details.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the EU, the United States, and the UK. Shipping costs are provided at checkout. For destinations other than these, please ask us for a quote for shipping costs.
For large pieces, if you are located outside Europe, we provide a shipping quote on a case-by-case basis. You can send me a request for the piece(s) you are interested in.
Overseas shipments (outside the EU) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges. Thank you for your understanding.
How soon will I receive my artwork after placing my order ?
Most orders will be shipped from France within 5 business days. In some cases, for example when I have to order a specific frame, this delay may be a little longer. Then we will contact you by email to inform you.
The delivery time depends on the destination. If the work is shipped outside EU , additional time will be needed for custom clearance.
Are shipping costs included ?
Shipping costs are provided at checkout and depend on the size of the painting and your destination..
Please note : At the current time shipping costs are varying significantly , especially on air freight. If the actual cost of shipping is significantly more than estimated I reserve the right to discuss this with you and to refuse the sale.
If your country is not listed at the checkout or if you would like an express shipment, please send us an email with your request as extra costs may apply.
Shipping costs for artworks larger than 50 x 50 (18 x 18”) need to be quoted individually – please contact me before purchasing. I will then contact you via email to discuss specialist shipping options before the artwork is despatched.
Returns
What if my painting arrives and I don’t like it?
I want you to be fully happy with your new artwork so I offer a return option.
If an original painting is not as you expect, you have 7 days after delivery to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely and undamaged returned I will refund your payment within 14 days, minus shipping costs.
Please note that if the artwork returns damaged or if it is not returned for any reason, you will not get a refund.
I am sorry, but at this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of the EU.
What if my painting arrives damaged?
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please express your concerns to the carrier in order to file a complaint, and take photos of the condition of the packaging and the damaged painting. Contact me by mail as soon as possible with this information. To date, I have only had this kind of problem once, when the frame arrived damaged. We replaced it quickly.
