Coping with loneliness
Face à la solitude
During the pandemic, painting enabled me to overcome the anxiety and feelings of loneliness, the restriction of freedom.
In this piece from 2021, I combined recycled paper, useless show programs and tickets, acrylic paint and felt-tip pens. The circular line delimits a protected space in which the imagination can develop. Hope is totally present, in a clearer horizon, in the small splashes that fly up to the sky.
Mixed media on wood panel. 29,7 x 42 (A3) x 0,6 cm
Signature on front, label on the reverse. Sealed and waxed. Unframed. White wood floating frame in option , 47 x 35 x 3 cm
In situ pictures are given as examples and are not contractual.
